Ric Flair feels that Goldberg ought to win The Royal Rumble
The Nature Boy as of late took to his online podcast The Ric Flair Show to talk about the Survivor Series conflict amongst Lesnar and Goldberg, Goldberg entering the Royal Rumble and a great deal more.
Flair felt that having Goldberg win the Royal Rumble and feature WrestleMania wouldn't be such an awful thought all things considered.
Ric said that Goldberg was truly over with the WWE Universe and there was force on Bill's side heading into the new year. Flair attributed this to Goldberg's crude power inside the squared circle.
Flair was pompous of the late bits of gossip expressing that WWE was looking at a feud between Shane McMahon and Brock Lesnar for WrestleMania 33. He felt that Shane versus Hunter would be a greater draw for Mania. He said that there was an obscure enmity between the two and that would play out extremely well on the most fabulous phase of them all.
Smooth Ric conceded that he was as stunned as anyone with the result of the match at Survivor Series. He was of the view that Brock Lesnar considered wrestling to be a business and simply needed to profit. Notwithstanding this, he felt that Brock had done Goldberg an extraordinary support, by permitting him to go over in only 85 seconds.
Ric called attention to that it was a major ordeal for Lesnar to occupation to a 49-year-old man, who hadn't taken a knock in the ring in the previous 12 years. He expressed worries about Goldberg's wellness going into the match. Style said:
My only concern was my worry of him being ready; not to faults of his own, but be ready to be bounced around by Brock, but he didn’t have to experience it, so I’m happy for both of them.
Flair said that there would be a rematch, where Brock would make up for himself and again build up himself as the 'Beast Incarnate'.
